Unit turns without the chase
When a unit turns, you need flooring that is specified, stocked, scheduled and installed without surprise change orders. CQ Floors quotes each unit type once (with its diagram), then you reorder the same plan for the next turn through the portal.
- All-in pricing. Bids include floor prep based on jobsite conditions and removal of the old flooring, so there are no surprise change orders mid-project.
- 18-month workmanship warranty on every installation we do, transferable within the first year. Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Installer completion photos with your invoice, so remote managers can see the finished unit.
- PO, building, unit, access codes and schedule captured on the order so crews show up ready.
Stocked products for multifamily specs
We keep carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and sheet vinyl ready for the specs property managers actually use. Example standard specs shown on our portal page include Urban Surfaces Main Street LVP and Engineered Floors DreamWeaver carpet — ask us for the pack that matches your property.
- Compare samples in the Suite C showroom or from loaned boards tagged to your property.
- Locally stocked materials move quickly; we coordinate longer lead items when a property needs a special color or SKU.
- Submittal packs (cut sheets, install and care guides, warranties) can be matched to your property’s spec, including the CQ workmanship warranty.
Floor Fluency — the property manager portal
Property managers order through Floor Fluency (our Customer Portal). After you are invited, you can:
- Log in with the email on your invitation.
- Pick the property and floor plan (each plan is a pre-built quote with its diagram).
- Schedule the unit and access — building, unit, install date and time, PO, occupied or vacant, gate and lockbox notes.
Pricing is set for your company and property, so you see your price — not a public list price. Past orders stay under Orders for the next turn.

What products do you stock for turns?
Carpet, LVP and sheet vinyl suited to multifamily specs, with example standards such as Urban Surfaces Main Street LVP and DreamWeaver carpet available to review. We match submittal packs to your property’s approved products.
Do quotes include prep and removal?
Yes. Our bids use all-in pricing: floor prep based on jobsite conditions and removal of old flooring are included so you are not hit with mid-project change orders.
