Can you run one floor through several rooms and the stairs?
Yes. We measure every room with a laser and diagram the layout in Measure Square, and the transitions and trim your project needs are quoted with it, so you can plan a continuous floor through the kitchen, living areas and hallways and see stairs priced up front.
How soon can installation start?
It depends on the product, the size of the project and our install calendar. As a general guide, materials stocked locally are often available within 2–3 business days of your order, and materials stocked in Georgia take 7–10 business days. We give you a realistic timeline with your estimate.
Will my price go up once the old floor comes up?
We aim for an all-in price. Our estimates include floor preparation based on your jobsite conditions, and removal of your old flooring is included, so you are not hit with a large change order in the middle of your project.
What warranty comes with installation?
CQ Floors backs its installation work with an 18-month limited workmanship warranty from the completion of work, covering tile, hardwood, vinyl/LVP, laminate and carpet installations we perform. It can be transferred to a new owner within the first year after the work is substantially complete, and the flooring products themselves carry their manufacturer’s warranty.
